Augustana Manor offering a safe and secure Christian environment that is dedicated to quality of life for all of its residents.

Augustana Manor is a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) offering an assisted living environment to persons needing supportive services but who do not need full nursing care.

Augustana Manor, named after the founders of Luther Home, continues the founders tradition of offering quality services for seniors and the disabled.

Augustana Manor offers private rooms with private rest rooms. Bathing is provided with assistance in a whirlpool bathing unit or without assistance in a shower unit.

The facility will provide a wardrobe, a bedside table, and a hospital style bed along with linens, towels and washcloths.

Residents may bring other furnishings as they choose, including a bed, TV, lamps and chairs.

Balanced meals are provided by our dietary staff and are served in Augustana Manor's gracious dining room. Personable accommodation can be made for personal likes, habits, customs, and medical conditions.

An attractive lounge and activity area are also provided for the use of residents and their guests.

In order to provide the highest quality of supportive living for each resident, an Individual Resident Service Plan will be developed for each new resident within 30 days of admission. This plan will be reviewed semi-annually and will include such things as:

• Dietary concerns
• Assistance with bathing or showers
• Assistance with oral hygiene
• Assistance with shaving
• Supervision of self-medication and medication control. Residents may order their medications from the pharmacy of their choice, but the medications must be packaged in the unit dose system.

Augustana Manor also provides the following services to all of its residents:

• Complete housekeeping and change of linen each week.
• Laundry service.
• Activities.
• Cable TV.
• Limited transportation.
• An in-room assistance call system.
• 24 hour staffing to assist in resident needs.
• Community Options Program
