Northland
Lutheran Home Health Services, providing home nursing care in both
Wisconsin and Michigan, has added a new dimension to its already excellent
nursing program by now offering a new Home Care Attendant Program.
The
original Home Health Nursing Program that offers services such as
evaluations, medication set up, lab draws and other nursing services is
still available. These services can now be enhanced with a new level of
care provided through our Home Care Attendant Program.
 |
Home Patient care is carefully monitored by
nursing professionals both in-home and through our central care
facility.
|
These
Home Care Attendant services would be performed in the comfort of your own
home.
Our
Registered Nurse will also assist the client and/or family in obtaining
the required physician order and the RN evaluation to set up the
appropriate services for the client’s needs.
