Luther Manor,
a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF), provides an independent-living
environment through support and services to those residents who are
unable, or no longer wish, to maintain a home or an apartment.

Luther Manor is
a very comfortable residential facility with private rooms and private
bath. There are also some two room suites available. All rooms are
furnished with a hospital-type bed and mattress, a built-in wardrobe and
bathroom cabinets. All linens, towels and washcloths are also furnished.
Residents may complete their rooms with personal items such as sofas,
lounge chairs, pictures, end tables, etc.

In order to provide the highest quality of
supportive living for each resident, an Individual resident Service
Plan will be developed for each new resident within 30 days of admission.
This plan will be reviewed semi-annually and will include such things as:
• Dietary concerns
• Assistance with bathing or showers
• Assistance with oral hygiene
• Assistance with shaving
• Supervision of self-medication and medication control.
Residents may order their medications from the pharmacy of their choice,
but the medications must be packaged in the unit dose system.
Luther Manor also provides the following services to all of its residents:
• Complete housekeeping and change of
linen each week.
• Laundry service.
• Activities.
• Cable TV.
• Limited transportation.
• An in-room assistance call system.
• 24 hour staffing to assist in resident needs.
Most importantly, Luther Manor provides a safe and secure Christian environment that is dedicated to quality of life for all of its residents.
