A Commitment to Quality: Northland Lutheran Retirement Community, Inc. has selected Team Rehab, Inc. to provide physical, occupational and speech therapy services for their residents. Team Rehab, Inc. is committed to providing excellent medical rehabilitation services. 

The Rehabilitation team works closely with the physician, nursing staff and social services to custom design rehabilitative programs that focus on individual resident or outpatient needs. Our large therapy staff is consistent allowing the same therapists to work with residents throughout their course of treatment.

The professional staff of Northland Lutheran and Team Rehab, Inc. offer a comprehensive evaluation and treatment plan that is designed to return our residents or outpatients to their highest level of functional independence. This team of skilled professionals is dedicated to cost effective patient care.

Team Rehab, Inc. therapists provide inpatient and outpatient therapy services. We are available to patients and Northland Lutheran staff 10 hours per day Monday through Friday, and Saturdays & Sundays, as needed.

Services Offered

Speech/Language Pathologists provide both evaluations and treatment to residents/patients who have impairments in communication, cognition, and/or swallowing abilities. Our Speech/Language Pathology Services address the following: Speech and Language problems resulting from stroke, aneurisms, Parkinson's disease, Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Dysphagia (swallowing therapy) Cognitive/Language Problems following traumatic brain injury Laryngectomee Patients Voice Aural Rehabilitation Augmentative Communication   Occupational Therapists focus their treatment on personal independence. They improve upper extremity function, cognition, perception, psycho-social and visual skills to enable independence with activities of daily living and independent living skills which in turn allow for optimal quality of life. Our Occupational Therapy Services address the following: Stroke Arthritis Coordination Loss Fractures Nerve Injuries/Compressions Pain Management Cognitive Loss Psycho-Social Disorders Incontinence Head Trauma Neurological Diseases such as Lou Gehrig's Disease, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis   Physical Therapy is a form of health care which focuses on the prevention and/or treatment of physical problems such as weakness, difficulty in walking, poor coordination and balance, pain, and movement dysfunction through a variety of physical modalities, hands-on techniques, exercises, & education. Our Physical Therapy Services address the following: Arthritis Fractures Post-Operative Function Neurological diseases Spinal Dysfunctions Sprains and Strains Neurological Injury Wounds/Ulcers Functional Mobility Sports Injuries
