A Commitment to Quality: Northland
Lutheran Retirement Community, Inc. has selected Team Rehab, Inc. to
provide physical, occupational and speech therapy services for their
residents. Team Rehab, Inc. is committed to providing excellent medical
rehabilitation services.
The Rehabilitation team works closely
with the physician, nursing staff and social services to custom design
rehabilitative programs that focus on individual resident or outpatient
needs. Our large therapy staff is consistent allowing the same
therapists to work with residents throughout their course of treatment.
The professional staff of Northland
Lutheran and Team Rehab, Inc. offer a comprehensive evaluation and
treatment plan that is designed to return our residents or outpatients
to their highest level of functional independence. This team of skilled
professionals is dedicated to cost effective patient care.
Team Rehab, Inc. therapists provide
inpatient and outpatient therapy services. We are available to patients
and Northland Lutheran staff 10 hours per day, Monday through Friday and
Saturdays & Sundays, as needed.

cognition, and/or swallowing abilities.

Occupational Therapists focus their treatment on personal
